Jessica was awesome, up front, no hard sell, communicative, friendly and good call back and response. One star lost to the finance office. She raised the price and tried to add a multi hundred dollar car care package. Just slipped it into the deal paperwork. When told I was pre approved she tried to go with another loan. Was really cold and upset when I directed her to remove the extras and fix the loan. Just goes to show you have to go over that contract with a fine tooth comb. But as for Jessica, she was awesome. My truck broke down while on a hunting trip. I had it towed in on Saturday and by that Tuesday had a price and schedule for completion of work. Esgar was great to work with, but the phone system at the dealership is less than desirable for getting a hold of somebody. In the end, my truck was fixed and the staff were all very helpful.

Chandler was quick to get back to me about a car I was interested in. Within less than a day he had the paperwork bring drawn up by Sam. When I went in to test drive the car I feel in love with it. Paperwork was ready and took less than 10 mins to go over and sign it. Thanks again Chandler ans Sam. I love my 2020 Nissan Altima


Needed work was done, unneeded work was crossed off the list. Read book while waiting. Took advantage of 3% discount for paying by check instead of credit card.

Chandler and Miguel helped with the purchase of my new vehicle and were great. Did the main part of my application online and was in and out of the dealership pretty quick with all the communication before hand.

Very good service! I went in for an oil change and Tire Rotation for the very first time at Bud Clary Chevrolet, I was very impressed on how detailed they are with services and how they offer transportation if needed! I really liked how they do a full vehicle walk through inspection.

Everything went well. My only critique would be that it would be helpful to have a more accurate estimate of time for repair. Giving a blanket estimate of 4 hrs and then doing the work in 1 hr makes it hard to plan for the day if you plan to wait on site.


My Corvette was diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner.

A franchise oil change company didn’t install the seal on my oil filter cap correctly, almost ruined my engine, their mechanic corrected the problem in minutes, didn’t charge me, total time on site less than 15 minutes. I wish I lived closer

Very friendly service, but I was told we had a complimentary service for our first oil change, got home to find a text explaining that no we didn’t get a complimentary service i then needed to drive back in to pay for the oil change because paying by card over the phone would cost me another 3%, and I was then paying for 3 services for $299. It just horribly inconvenient.

Holy Cow. Our service rep was fantastic. Clone that guy or just let him breed and hire his kids. So I am an 85 year old man with bad eyes. I came in the first day to have him explain all of my heater/air conditioning stuff. He did. I actually understood everything Next, day two. Daughter in law with 6 month old baby has a brake light burned out. She is too busy to do anything. So I drove in without an appointment and luckily the same guy shows up.
