An oil change should NOT take 2 hours! With an oil change they also rotate the tires. But when they rotated the tires they did not adjust the tire pressure as they should have on a truck. This is the second time we have been to Bud Clary. The first time we bought an accessory in their parts department and had them install it. The parts department was great, very helpful. Miss diagnosed the problem but charged $231 for their effort. Stopped at Les Schwab for the proper repair to solve the problem. ML Chevrolet blamed the problem entirely upon the incorrect issue while Les Schawb nailed it quickly.

There aren’t many other options locally but they are improving from what they were a few years ago. It did take 7hrs and 45 minutes for an oil change and minor alignment, but the service rep was apologetic and the service tech couldn’t have been nicer. My only real gripe is that a multi point inspection was supposedly conducted. Fluid levels is a part of that, and despite my washer fluid reservoir being empty, they said my washer fluid level wash good and my sprayer functioned properly. I brought my GMC work truck to the service department, needing help. The staff listened to what I needed and responded immediately. I live 150 miles away from Moses Lake, and own 2 Duramax. I don’t get this level of service from the dealership I bought my trucks from. I wish I lived closer. What did they fix? A franchise oil change company didn’t install the seal on my oil filter cap correctly, almost ruined my engine, their mechanic corrected the problem in minutes, didn’t charge me, total time on site less than 15 minutes. Had my truck for six weeks and gave me every excuse in the book of why my truck was not being worked on. This is a 2022 Silverado with 16,000 miles on it and still under factory warranty. I told them what I suspected the problem to be when it was towed into them and they waisted six weeks tossing parts at the truck till they check what I suspected from day one and that was the problem they had the part truck fixed same day. Some of the worst,business practices I’ve witnessed in my entire automotive career. I came Monday morning waiting for my wife to bring her car to drop off so I could pick her up. I am utterly disappointed with my experience at Bud Clary Ford Dealership of Moses Lake, WA. I purchased my 2016 F150 from them in May because they promised that undergo a comprehensive inspection prior to delivery along with all required recalls. I had a service performed which should have resulted in a computer printout. They couldn't provide that printout, and claimed that their printer was broken. The asked me to return later for another service appointment. At that appointment, after I had driven a long distance to get to the dealership, I was told that the printer was still broken. In my opinion the service department is dishonest and refuse to work for solutions. I advise you to stay away from them. Yesterday I took my suburban in to have a broken passenger mirror repaired I told them it was loose, probably from vibrations. I was charged the normal troubleshooting fee. OK I get that. The paperwork dishonestly states I told them something hit the mirror. I DID NOT. That allows them to collect a troubleshooting charge in a matter of minutes if not seconds. Their sales manager Bert sold me a bad car. They knew there were major mechanical issues. Cost me nearly $2000 to have them fix and they left me with an empty gas tank (it was over half full) and a FILTHY car. I'm completely unsatisfied with them and would advise anyone NOT to purchase a car from them.
